安寧兒童之家自2009年正式成立以來，一直以佛陀 “無緣大慈、同體大悲” 的精神為核心理念，致力於為來自單親、貧困及弱勢家庭的兒童提供安全、穩定與富有慈悲關懷的成長環境。本機構秉承佛教的價值觀，以慈念心為基礎，為這些處於困境中的孩子提供必要的生活照護、教育支持與品格培養。

安寧兒童之家並非傳統意義上的儿童院。本機構僅擁有兒童的監護權，並不具備領養權。我們主要依賴社會大眾的善心捐助，以及義工團隊的無私奉獻，共同承擔照護與教育弱勢兒童的社會責任。我們致力於確保每一位孩子在身心、品德與學業方面都能獲得適當的引導與支持。

為促進兒童的全面發展，本機構亦在週末及學校假期安排多元化的身心成長活動，包括佛學課程、品格教育、生活技能訓練及有益身心的課外活動。透過學習佛陀的慈悲精神，孩子們得以培養健全的價值觀、良好的行為習慣與積極的人生态度。

安寧兒童之家期望在社會各界的支持下，持續為弱勢兒童提供優質的成長環境，協助他們成為身心健康、品德端正、具備社會責任感的未來公民，為國家培育更多優秀人才。

Since its establishment in 2009, Pertubuhan Pengurusan Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim dan Miskin “Anning”Ipoh, Perak (Anning Children’s Home) has upheld the Buddhist principles of unconditional great compassion and empathy for all beings as its core philosophy. Guided by these values, the Home is dedicated to providing a safe, stable, and compassion‑centered environment for children from single‑parent, impoverished, and vulnerable families. Rooted in Buddhist teachings, we strive to offer essential daily care, educational support, and character development for children facing difficult life circumstances.

Anning’s Children’s Home is not a traditional orphanage. The Home holds guardianship of the children under its care but does not possess adoption rights. Our operations rely primarily on the generosity of the public and the selfless dedication of our volunteer team, who work together to shoulder the social responsibility of caring for and educating children in need. We are committed to ensuring that every child receives appropriate guidance and support in physical well‑being, moral development, and academic growth.
To promote holistic development, the Home organizes a wide range of weekend and school holiday programmes, including Buddhist studies, character education, life‑skills training, and enriching extracurricular activities. Through learning the Buddha’s teachings of compassion and kindness, the children cultivate healthy values, positive habits, and an optimistic outlook on life.

With the continued support of the community, Anning’s Children’s Home aspires to provide an ever‑improving environment for the growth of vulnerable children. Our vision is to nurture them into healthy, upright, and socially responsible individuals who will contribute meaningfully to society and become valuable future citizens of the nation.
